Greek Beer Review, Delphi
Two Greeks and an Italian walk into a bar and create Delphi Beer.
According to the company these three people met by chance. The two Greeks were simply beer enthusiasts and the Italian happened to be a professional brewer.
He wasn't just a brewer but an award winning brewer and their creation first took place in Italy at the Italian's brewery. Their creation was a magical surprise.
Delphi is a Greek beer made in the German pilsner fashion yet it gives you the hint of an IPA. It has a hoppy and and bitter flavor that will have you second guessing it's identity.
It pours a nice golden color with a white head that sticks around. The scent is floral and has some citrus notes with herbs, grapes and grass. A slightly higher than average carbonation and a moderately dry finish.
Please enjoy responsibly and never drink and drive.
